An ordinary man and a Warrior about Life
The basic difference between an ordinary man and a warrior is that a warrior takes everything as a challenge, while an ordinary man takes everything as a blessing or as a curse.

Ex-minister beaten by dozens of protesters. Athens Dec. 16,2010
Kostis Hatzidakis ex-minister, who is now an opposition MP, was left with blood pouring from his head after being chased and beaten by dozens of protesters. The violence in Greece erupted during a general strike called by unions to protest against new labour laws which unions say will give employers too much power and take workers' rights "back to the Middle Ages."

How Can Anyone Defend Kissinger Now?
How Can Anyone Defend Kissinger Now?
The Nixon tapes remind us what a vile creature Henry Kissinger is.
By Christopher Hitchens
Over the last few weeks, this modest little column of mine has been acquiring an almost eerie prescience and potency. I called for the death sentence on Tariq Aziz to be commuted, and it was only a matter of days before the president of Iraq announced that he would not sign Aziz's death warrant. I called for Julian Assange to turn himself in, and he appeared at a London police station within hours of my words being published. Small stuff, you say. Show us something with a bit more heft and handle to it. All right, how's this? In my column of Nov. 15, I denounced the shameful offer made by the Obama administration to the Netanyahu Cabinet in Israel and called for it to be withdrawn. And last week, in a wretched and furtive manner that befitted its original taint of bribery and corruption, withdrawn it was. How do you like that?
One of my main points in that article was the extent to which Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was dependent on a coalition that gave important portfolios to political parties with insane

Cartel (english y espanol)
Bank of England |
A cartel is a formal (explicit) agreement among competing firms. It is a formal organization of producers and manufacturers that agree to fix prices, marketing, and production. Cartels usually occur in an oligopolistic industry, where there is a small number of sellers and usually involve homogeneous products. Cartel members may agree on such matters as price fixing, total industry output, market shares, allocation of customers, allocation of territories, bid rigging, establishment of common sales agencies, and the division of profits or combination of these. The aim of such collusion (also called the cartel agreement) is to increase individual members' profits by reducing competition.
One can distinguish private cartels from public cartels. In the public cartel a government is involved to enforce the cartel agreement, and the government's sovereignty shields such cartels from legal actions. Contrariwise, private cartels are subject to legal liability under the antitrust laws now found in nearly every nation of the world.
Competition laws often forbid private cartels. Identifying and breaking up cartels is an important part of the competition policy in most countries, although proving the existence of a cartel is rarely easy, as firms are usually not so careless as to put agreements to collude on paper.
Several economic studies and legal decisions of antitrust authorities have found that the median price increase achieved by cartels in the last 200 years is around 25%. Private international cartels (those with participants from two or more nations) had an average price increase of 28%, whereas domestic cartels averaged 18%. Fewer than 10% of all cartels in the sample failed to raise market prices.
The term cartel came up for alliances of enterprises roughly around 1880 in Germany. The name was imported into the Anglosphere during the 1930s. Before this, other, less precise terms were common to denominate cartels, for instance: association, combination, combine or pool.In the 1940s the name cartel got an Anti-German bias, being the economic system of the enemy. Cartels were the structure the American Anti-Trust-campaign struggled to ban globally.
wikipedia

December 15, 2010 National strike in Greece
A fresh national strike has paralyzed Greece, with more rallies against sweeping new austerity measures being held. The government's plans aim to reduce debt, in order to meet the conditions set by an international bailout. The unions triggered the 24-hour general strike in reaction to newly approved labor reforms and pay cuts to public servants.
Disabled Protestor Jody McIntyre in Shameful BBC Interview
20yr old disabled protester Jody McIntyre was disgracefully dragged from his wheelchair by four MET police officers during student protests against the two tier education system being introduced to the UK.
BBC anchorman Ben Brown (puppet/journalist) begins by badgering the shocked victim who suffers from Cerebal Palsy, for not reporting the incident immediately, but who was he going to call, the police or the Ghost Busters?
Next the BBC man/puppet suggests that Mr McIntyre menaced the officers by "wheeling towards them", only to be told by Jody that he has no physical control of his chair. Jody was then asked if he threw any missiles at police, or shouted any abuse that would have provoked the police reaction. What dreadfully soul destroying words did these officers hear?
This is a shameful use of BBC interview intimidation techniques (IIT) against a victim of disgusting police brutality.
Shame on the MET police and shame on the BBC.
